I was truly touched by the thoughtful birthday gifts and warm wishes from the hotel – such a lovely surprise that made my day even more memorable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude made me feel very welcome. My room was beautiful and spacious, with a smart and comfortable design. Everything was well thought out and easy to use. I also really enjoyed the spa area – the jacuzzi and hammam were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Paris. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you to the entire team for such a perfect stay!

The restaurant had some solid gluten free options for my wife who has celiac disease. The extras we requested were completed to perfection. The bed was so comfortable. The soaking tub was fantastic. Loved the electric blackout shade controls. Incredible value - Five stars and two thumbs up!

Super, super friendly staff throughout stay.

Regarding location, proximity to both the Champs-Elysées and the Eiffel Tower would be advantageous. The room dimensions were observed to be somewhat compact, and the vistas from the windows of all three rooms were unremarkable.

The staff, very friendly all of them from pre check in, check in up to check out. The restaurant staff too, lovely people.
